The FOG Hat Books was formed in the United States, partnering with an India firm with a specific objective of being an outsourced center for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Small and Medium Business Enterprises. Security and Privacy Policy

Most of the work is carried-out on the client’s server using remote access to client’s VPN. Our operators work on computers without disk drives or printers for added protection of your data. Data remains on the client’s server at all times

In addition:

• The FOG Hat Books Center uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption for data transfer where client does not prefer providing VPN access.
• SQL database encrypted password protected logins restrict access to registered users.
• We sign Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients and our employees sign similar agreement with us.
• We use secure data transfer system when the client prefers to transfer data instead of providing VPN access.
